ASK PAT DUMON WHAT?

Good question! What kinds of topics will be covered in this blog? What will we be discussing? Based on my background (covered in my profile), and my husband's, we'll be talking about a variety of things here. Primarily our focus will be to provide Baby Boomers, or anyone considering a move to North Carolina, with information about a lovely little Coastal Carolina community called New Bern and surrounding areas. We'll be inserting lots of photos and links in this blog as well.

• What are the new industry "buzz words" and what do they mean, e.g., Shadow Inventory, Market Absorbtion Rate, Short Sale, etc.

Since I love to cook, I'll also throw in a few of my favorite traditional Greek recipes, and my husband will share some tips on his favorite hobby, photography.
